How about the weather in Kunshan anyways? Kunshan's weather is never really stable, except for in the summer when you can rest assure that everyday will be scorching hot. There is a fair share of pollution on occasion, but you won't be exposed to the thick blankets of smoke that cities such as Shanghai and Beijing often endure. Here's what you can expect in regards to the weather in Kunshan:
December - February: Cold, and VERY cold from January to late February especially. You'll need to bring out the gloves, thick coats, scarves, face mask and thermals. You can also expect a lot of rainy days to add icing on the cake.
March - May: The bitter cold starts to warm-up and the clouds start to disappear to make way for sunshine to sweep in. You'll probably be thanking God for the change of season if you're not a fan of the frigid temperatures.
June-Sept: Hot, and BLAZING hot during July to August. You'll see tons of locals holding umbrellas just the block out the sun rays. Here's the BEST time to party, hit the parks, hold BBQs, travel, and experience China.
Oct-Nov: The weather gets a tad cooler as night starts to arrive at an earlier time. Make sure to get in all you can and prepare well for the winter.
