I find it AMAZING that students in China, ie. primary, middle, and high school students, perform DAILY exercise routines that promote good mental health and physical well-being. And I mean daily.
Students will execute synchronized dances and calisthenic movements to rhythmic tunes, and even carry out eye exercises throughout the day. I only HOPE that America could adopt this practice someday to curb youth obesity and the amount of time kids and teens spend glued to the phone. What do you think?
