By Train: Take a high-speed train from Kunshan South Train Station directly to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. Exit on level B1 and walk to Terminal 2. The airport is connected to the railway station.
By Airport Shuttle Bus: The Kunshan Convention & Exhibition Center offers long-distance bus services to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. The trip's total time to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport is about 45min.
By Train & Subway: The airport can also be reached by taking a high-speed train to Shanghai Railway Station and transferring to Metro Subway Line 2 (Green Line). The line goes directly to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and takes about an hour.
By Bus: From Kunshan Convention & Exhibition Center, take the long-distance bus service to Pu'Dong Airport. The trip's total time is about 2-3hrs depending on traffic. The bus will stop at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport first then proceed to Pu'Dong Airport. You can purchase tickets at the Convention & Exhibition Center. Tickets are 75rmb.
By Train & Bus: Take a high-speed train to Shanghai Railway Station. Exit the station. Outside on the North Square, there is a #5 Airport Shuttle Bus directly in front of the McDonald's and across from a large clock tower. The bus ride takes about 1.5-2hrs, so you should only try this process if you have at least 4hrs from your departure time.
By Train & Subway & Maglev Train: Take a high-speed train to Shanghai Railway Station. Hop on the subway and transfer to Line 2 (Green Line). Head to Longyang Road Station. There, inside the station, you'll be able to take Shanghai's Maglev Train, which is the fastest train in the world. It's journey to Pudong Airport takes less than 8 minutes!
By Taxi: Taxis from Kunshan to Pu'Dong Airport will cost you about 400-600rmb. I've taken a taxi from Pu'Dong to Kunshan twice and by myself. I'm not sure if the drivers went a longer direction or not to run-up the meter, but on both occasions, it was about 500rmb, and takes about 1hr.
