The tax services are located on the 2nd floor. Head up, grab a ticket number, and wait to be called. Once called, if you can’t speak Chinese you can ask for your “tax” or “income tax” and include the years you’d like, such as “2015”, “2012-2015”, etc.
Hand over the copy of your passport and within a few minutes you’ll be given an official Chinese language document displaying your company, your passport number, dates you received your salary, your salary for that date, and the tax that was deducted. At the bottom will be the total amount of the taxes you’ve paid. And that’s it!
Address: No. 102 Huancheng North Road
If you’re going north along Tinglin Road, turn right on the street before Tinglin Park. It’s the street where you could only turn right actually. Proceed pass the ICBC and the Tax Payer Services building will be on the left-hand side next to a middle school. You can’t miss it!
